It is at the core of our approach as a business to remain both competitive in terms of our fees, and unrivalled in terms of service. One factor that can really spoil an otherwise high standard of service is confusion about fees. We aim to eliminate such confusion.
We will always charge a flat fee when we accept any application and agree to take responsibility for it. Our fees are fair and consistent, competitive, and always stated up front. Our fees for different types of application can be seen in the table below. The fees apply equally to a corporate blue chip client and to a small family-run business. In the case of high volumes of work, we are able to offer real discounts, based on real volumes, not on projections.
We normally provide a free assessment and then provide a clear written breakdown of costs when we offer to take responsibility for an application. Our terms and conditions are designed to be clear and comprehensive. In relation to individual applications, we are usually able to offer a 110% refund guarantee. Services provided to employers are defined within comprehensive Service Level Agreements.

Fees exclude VAT, Home Office charges and any advertising expenses where relevant. A complete list of costs relevant to a potential application are confirmed in writing following an assessment of each case.

Any guarantee that may be offered is subject to our full written terms and conditions and will only be confirmed following an IRR. The IRR enables us to confirm or withhold any offer to take responsibility for any application, to state special terms, and / or to confirm any guarantee.
